Refund Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in their original packaging.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:

1. Partially completed diamond painting kits
2. Items that are currently still in transit
3. Custom kits

How to Initiate a Return:

Please reach out to us at support@brilliantblingboutique.com to initiate a return. In your email, kindly provide the following details:

1.Your order number (which you can find in your order confirmation email)
2.Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
3.The email address you used when placing your order

A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to your message within 2 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs cannot be reimbursed. For customers within the US, we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.

Include a printout of your order confirmation email inside the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order number on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

If You Haven't Received Your Order Yet:

For US-based pre-designed kits, orders usually take no longer than 7 business days to reach your doorstep. For international orders and customized orders, orders typically take between 10-20 business days (excluding processing time) to reach their destination.

If your item is currently in transit, we regret that we cannot offer a refund until it arrives.

In very rare instances, shipping may exceed 20 business days, especially during the US holiday season. If your shipment surpasses 20 days, please contact Customer Support at support@brilliantblingboutique.com, and we'll be delighted to assist you in tracking your order.
